After splitting from the famous director, she married her first husband, David M. Ford. Clementine, the couple’s daughter, was born the following year after they married. Cybill and David’s romance, however, had ended by 1982.

After her divorce from David, the actress married her second husband, Bruce Oppenheim, in 1987. The couple welcomed their twins, Ariel and Cyrus, the same year, but Cybill and Bruce divorced after three years in 1990.
